How much will it cost to ship my order? 
Please choose your method of shipping at the appropriate point during the checkout process. Expedited shipments are available. Once an item is added to the cart, you can determine your shipping cost. USPS Priority Mail shipping is $6.50 for an order of any size to anywhere in the United States. International and Expedited shipping rates will vary.
I just placed an order with you. When will it ship out?
We will begin to process it immediately. Most orders are shipped out the same day. Once you've placed an order at TheWindCutter.com, you will receive an e-mail confirmation indicating that we've received and are processing your order. You will receive a second e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped and is on it's way!
How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Orders shipped to a domestic U.S. address, generally take 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. International shipping generally takes 5-10 business days for delivery. However, some countries, including Spain and especially Italy can take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Due to heightened security worldwide some international shipments may experience delays. We normally ship six days a week so you will receive your order as quickly as possible.
What if there is a problem with my order? 
Because we believe that we offer the highest quality products at very competitive prices. We inspect and pack all orders with care, and we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you ever receive an order that is incorrect due to any error on our part, please contact us right away and we will gladly work with you to correct the situation at our expense.
If there is a mistake made by the customer when ordering, i.e. wrong size or model is ordered and it must be exchanged for the correct item. We will gladly accept your return. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging. All shipping associated with a return due to customer error is the customers responsibility.
